Learning that there&#8217;s always more to learn. Adapting to the constant flux in the cycle of life. One day you may find that yourself in need of more energy, another you may need to push less and relax. The practice may also guide us to\u00a0<strong>unlearn<\/strong>\u00a0habits and ways of thinking that\u00a0<strong>no longer serve us<\/strong>, in turn making space to learn new habits and ways of thinking that\u00a0<strong>better serve us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But don&#8217;t get it twisted, no one is saying this type of growth is easy, it is called a practice for a reason.
