Connect with Nature

Participate in the Edenas Children “Connect with Nature” Challenge

Connect with Nature, Connect with your inner peace, Connect with the world around you.

Take a break from the daily grind, tap into your senses, tap into the benefits of nature. There are many benefits to connecting with nature that can improve the mind body and spirit. The connection may help reduce stress, increase focus, increase creativity, find calm and joy.

Spend 20 minutes connecting with nature. Choose from 1 day to 30 day challenge.

  • Find your nature spot. A park, a river, the tree outside a building.
  • Set your timer and just bee.
  • Listen to the birds chirping, hum with the bees buzzing, take a walk, have a seat and look up at the sky, breathe, hug a tree.
  • Try to disconnect from phone calls, emails, social media.
