Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa yoga with Dara is a strength based flow with attention to moving with the breath. Dynamic movement, pranayama and mediation are creatively threaded throughout.

The class is accessible to all levels, with options to challenge and move yourself as much as you feel.

Restorative Slow Flow

Restorative Slow Flow yoga with Dara starts off with a gentle flow to get the body moving, and then moves in to restorative asana for longer holds to allow for deep relaxation.

Private 1 on 1 sessions

Looking for an intro to the basics of yoga? Want to learn more about breath work? Want to refine alignment for your body?

Private sessions with Dara are a chance to focus on your individual practice and fine tune to your personal needs. These sessions provide detailed instructions that are tailored for your body, your mind and your soul.

If you are a beginner, these sessions will introduce you to the basics of yoga and the most common elements that pop up in a general open level yoga class.
